Cannoli Masterclass
Join Daniele Foti-Cuzzola and Liliana Aguirre on a trip to Sicily and learn the art of making traditional Sicilian cannoli in this hands-on workshop at Accent Café. With Daniele’s guidance, you’ll learn how to make the perfect pastry shells to fill with traditional Sicilian ricotta, all while sipping on spritzes. Decorate and take home your cannoli creations along with a recipe card and gift bag, so you can recreate a taste of Sicily whenever you get a sense of wanderlust.
Pizza Masterclass
New kids on the block in Subi, Il Locale, pays homage to the Italian staple with pizza making classes from Monday to Friday during Subi Spritz. Learn how to make authentic traditional pizzas starting with the dough in this hands-on demonstration from the team. They’ll sprinkle their tips and tricks as you go, helping you achieve the perfect ‘crust to sauce to toppings’ ratio. There will be a selection of toppings for you to choose from, whether you go traditional or get creative with your masterpiece.
