Subi Spritz returns to the City of Subiaco from 8-17 March 2024, promising guests 10 days of activities evoking sun-soaked days in Southern Europe.
The festival celebrates Subiaco’s rich history through a range of one-off events like the Conti Roll Contest and deep dives into European beverages, be it wine, cocktails, digestives or coffee, as well as pop up restaurants and events in Subiaco’s leafy parklands.
The City of Subiaco – through its destination marketing brand, See Subiaco – has contracted festival organiser, AHOY Management to run the event once more.
AHOY Management is now seeking Expressions of Interest from local businesses to get involved in the third instalment of this iconic event.
AHOY Management Joint Director Erin Molloy said all businesses, whether perceptibly related to Southern Europe or not, are encouraged to get in touch and discuss concepts.
‘We encourage any Subiaco businesses to reach out with ideas they’ve been eager to implement so we can work together to tie them into the Subi Spritz program,’ she said.
‘This could be anything from Apero-Sushi – which is trending in Italy right now – or collaborating with another restaurant/chef for a one-off dinner, to offering a cocktail on the Aperitivo Trail or hosting a market stall across one of our collaborative events.’
The City of Subiaco is a big supporter of events as a means of driving new and local visitation to its businesses.
City of Subiaco Mayor David McMullen said, ‘Subi Spritz is our iconic event showcasing Subiaco food and beverage experiences to the whole of Perth. It not only draws visitors to the City of Subiaco during the festival, it keeps them coming back all year round once they discover what our fantastic venues have to offer.’
Businesses can submit an expression of interest until October 31 and are encouraged to get in touch with AHOY Management via [email protected] to discuss concepts.
Subi Spritz is proudly brought to you by the City of Subiaco through See Subiaco.
