From hidden laneway alfresco dinners to long-table lunches taking over the gardens, bars, and streets of Subiaco, all while indulging in delicious Med-style feasts and fine wines. Talk about a culinary experience, @ladyofro outdid themselves at ‘Dinner a la Med’ during Subi Spritz – an intimate, alfresco feast featuring their iconic chargrilled share plates.

Highlights included homemade pumpkin ravioli, grilled salmon with eggplant ragu and slow-cooked lamb shoulder, to name a few 🤤. Who else was lucky enough to enjoy this delicious feast?

@dillydallysubiaco and @bar.loiter transformed into a hub for some of WA’s finest Euro-style wine producers on the last Saturday of Subi Spritz, during ‘Vino Vita’.

The afternoon was dedicated to Euro bites, groovy beats, and incredible wines, featuring @marchandandburch, @amatovino, @ls.merchants, @skigh_wine, @vino_volta, and @winesofmerritt. Nowhere better for such wine-tastic event 🍷

When burrata lovers unite, this is the result: a mouthwatering, hands-on workshop led by Maestro @chef_caleb_azuka at @restaurantcaleb, where guests not only learned the ins and outs of burrata making by hand but also had the opportunity to taste their creations alongside homemade focaccia. Simply delizioso!
