Vino Alfresco 🍊

Subi's Market Square Gardens became a hub of WA’s Euro-style wine producers including @blackcockywines, @vallee_du_venom, @greendoorwines, @amatovino, @winesofmerritt, @vino_volta, @marchandandburch, @local_weirdos_wine, @southbysouthwestwine, and @skigh_wine.

@northstreetstore popped up with a cevup burger stand in collab with @eurostyle_smallgoods_butcher alongside @panzerottoitalianstreetfood and @conogelatoau. @aperolspritzau ensured a spritz on arrival plus Perth’s fave DJ, @ningaloorecords, kept us going all afternoon.

Dinner in Dalmatia 🍊 @refugesmallbar Head Chef Ben Ronaldson took us on a trip through the traditional flavours of the Balkan region with their Croatian-influenced menu featuring all the Mediterranean favourites from ajvar to fish to figs. Each exceptional dish was matched with an aperitivo style cocktail with an Australian twist making the most mouth-watering cultural fusion.

An Italian affair that was simply belissimo 🍊 Subi's newest wine bar @lumswinebar hosted @southbysouthwestwine and @offthevinedist for a night dedicated to Italian wine varietals. The teams took guests through a guided tasting with 3 of SXSW wines and 3 Italian wines with Lums providing grazing tables to match.
