Founded and operated right here in Perth, Idle Hands Drinks Co was created by two long-time hospitality pros on a mission to bring bartender-quality cocktails out from behind the bar, to wherever the party might take you.
Using local vino, craft spirits, zesty cold-pressed juices and natural flavours, their cocktails and spritzes deliver the same quality and flavour you’d expect from a freshly shaken cocktail, with less mess and less stress.
So when it came to bringing Europe’s starring spritz to Subi Spritz, Idle Hands Drinks Co was ready to pour. You’ll find the Idle Hands Drinks Co team pouring their signature spritzes at The Kiosk or La Cena in The Lane, where, alongside the Hugo Spritz and Stonefruit Spritz, they’ll be serving their refreshing Watermelon Collins.
