The Harvey Beef Reserve range is in a class of its own. Locally grown and grain-fed for a minimum of 100 days, their beef is packed with flavour, reminiscent of Europeans enjoying summer at the beach.
What happens in 100 days?
Each animal in Harvey Beef’s Reserve range is carefully selected to be grain-fed and finished for at least 100 days. The grain provided to the cattle is 100% Western Australian, sourced from their Koojan Downs Feeding Facility.
This process ensures an even distribution of marbling in the meat. The clean, white flecks running through the beef contribute to maximum tenderness, juiciness, and flavour. The Reserve range is incredibly tender, with each bite offering a delightful nutty taste thanks to the grain.
The Harvey Beef Reserve range undergoes independent grading to ensure the highest quality and consistency. They have developed an integrated supply chain accredited by Meat Standards Australia (MSA), which is an independent program that assesses beef to ensure the best eating quality experience. MSA standards are upheld across Harvey Beef’s entire grain-fed supply chain to guarantee customers receive consistent quality.

A Taste of the Med at Home
Southern European cooking focuses on letting quality produce shine. With any cut from the Harvey Beef range, simply season with flaky sea salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
High heat is essential; for medium-rare, allow 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Be sure to rest your meat for five to ten minutes before serving for maximum tenderness.
