Dine as they do in France, where bistros reign supreme at lunch. Imagine awning-shaded entrances, leafy terraces and elegant waiters gliding across black-and-white tiled floors, serving well-poured champagne amid the bonhomie of good food, fine wine and great friends. This menu celebrates classic French light bites: oysters with mignonette and Ayala champagne, followed by a selection of petites bouchées paired with crisp French chardonnay. Finish with charcuterie, French cheeses, heirloom tomato salad, crusty baguette and French butter.
