Raise your glasses…it’s almost spritz time! Subi Spritz is back on the menu from March 26-29 2026 🥂

Mouth-watering favourites like the Conti Roll Contest and The Kiosk will return, along with a special edition European inspired Subi Night Market x Subi Spritz.

Delicious new additions to the line-up include a Euro Sunday session featuring legendary chefs Ben Ing (@found.subiaco, @si_paradiso) and Ben Jacob (@masseria_cherubino), and a snack-laden party featuring Luke Foyle (@juanitasbarsubiaco), WA Good Food Guide 2024 Chef of the Year, Blaze Young (@nieuwruin, @edward.idas) and WA Good Food Guide Breakthrough Talent, Drew Dawson (@coolroomcafe, @off__licence).

Saint-Tropez Sunday at @labastide.perth was an absolute treat – a seafood and wine affair reminiscent of the iconic coastal city of Saint-Tropez 🇫🇷.

Think live cooking demos, flowing @chillocollection Limoncello spritzes, a stunning backdrop, and canapés crafted entirely from gluten-free ingredients.

A few weeks back, we rolled into @seesubiaco's Market Square Gardens for Cars & Coffee – where over 100 stunning European vintage cars stole the show. The perfect combo? Classic cars, good company, a beautiful sunny day, and a "delizioso" coffee in hand.
