About this Event
Be whisked away under the leafy trees of the Subiaco Theatre Gardens for a Southern European feast prepared by some of WA’s best chefs. Luke Foyle from Juanita’s, Calum McKechnie from Lalla Rookh, Melissa Palinkas from Young George Bar and Kitchen and Riccardo Annunziata from Dilly Dally will each serve a course flaunting their own European flair while you sip through a thoughtful curation of beverages from Aperol and Marchand & Burch. Sit back, relax, and laze the afternoon away with good food including fresh new stars of the sea, Leeuwin Coast Akoya, great drinks and even better company.

To start:
Koji saltbush foccacia, sage burnt butter
Akoya, tomato tartar, n’duja
Mortadela & taleggio fritti
Zeppole, parmesan, basil pepita pesto
Entree:
Vitello tonnato, capers, pickled onion, chives, chervil
Main course:
Braised venison lasagna, san marzano, chianti, parmesan
Dessert:
Orange crema bruciata, biscotto, Campari
