Talk about a culinary experience, @ladyofro outdid themselves at ‘Dinner a la Med’ during Subi Spritz – an intimate, alfresco feast featuring their iconic chargrilled share plates.

Highlights included homemade pumpkin ravioli, grilled salmon with eggplant ragu and slow-cooked lamb shoulder, to name a few 🤤. Who else was lucky enough to enjoy this delicious feast?

When burrata lovers unite, this is the result: a mouthwatering, hands-on workshop led by Maestro @chef_caleb_azuka at @restaurantcaleb, where guests not only learned the ins and outs of burrata making by hand but also had the opportunity to taste their creations alongside homemade focaccia. There’s something about enjoying life’s simple pleasures outdoors that doesn’t compare. Inspired by the traditions, flavours and the Italian motto of living la dolce vita, last Saturday we transformed three of Subi’s hidden laneways into the ultimate Pasta Lane experience. Team's from @dillydallysubiaco, @baramelie_ and @subihotel outdid themselves with three carefully curated Italian menus served at each laneway.
