Every day of the festival, we pay homage to the Italian ritual of aperitivo – with specially curated cocktails designed to whet your pre-meal palate. Aperol joins forces with a host of top-notch small bars, like The Subi Hotel, Juanita’s, and BARK, serving up one of Europe’s best traditions to date. Or, visit Little Things Gin, Your Local, Mimosa or Golden West Brewery for their take on the spritz. Stop into any venue on the trail during opening hours for a taste worth celebrating. Then, stay for a lazy meal the Italian way.

Let the good times flow with a special Bottomless Spritz offering at Mimosa on Sunday 3rd. Enjoy two hours of sparkling strawberry Rosé spritzes, accompanied by a lazy two-course set brunch. Bookings essential at the Mimosa website. 

Or stop by Your Local anytime from Thursday through till Saturday for their $30 Amalfi to Venice Special, exclusive to Subi Spritz. Choose between three different pastas, from beef shin Pappardelle to Mushroom Tagliatelle or King Prawn linguine, accompanied by the Amalfi to Venice Spritz.
